The obvious suspicion is that a bunch of folks came through and voted 1's for everything: those scores will be removed by the automated thingy at the end of voting - expect everything to leap at least a couple of points (at least I hope so :-))

a VERY quick glance thru .. "Superstitions and Urban Legends" had a winner with a 6.831.
Don't see any lower than that..

I'm hoping the lowest score to win a challenge (Round) will be 5.7 - otherwise I'm a loser! ;)

ok then if they voted 1s for everything then it would still be fair wouldn't it.
and while im here id like to make a point how pointless it is to vote a 1 out of spite.
example:
say I have a score of 7 which is normally a winner from what i can tell.
say I have 200 votes (which i do currently) and some idiot says lets vote him a 1 coz its a photo that will win, we gotta better our chances etc then my score will only drop to 6.97.
hardly seems worth it does it?
anyway... what is the lowest score to win a challenge. i need hope |

since we do not know who took the photo during voting, and since voting is very subjective, in a lot of instances, these people would need to vote 1's on an awlful lot of photos to reduce or eliminate their competition. that is a lot of time spent on a web site, when they could be out taking pictures, improving their skills, writing constructive comments, moaning about something in the rant threads, etc. etc. etc. (<--- quote form the King in the King and I),
