A friend has tried and tried to login but can't.
I suggested that she re-register and she just tried and got this message:
The email address you entered is already in use in our system
Who can help her get on here? I've searched for a place for her to click but can't seem to find one. |

it won't accept her password or something? what is the error when she tries to login?

There is a 'retrieve your login information' link below the LOGIN button on the login page.... that should email the account information back to you...

John, I've sent you a Private Message with her email address. She got a message before tonight something like "No such user"

Pat, have the user go tho this page:
//www.dpchallenge.com/login_help.php
(same page that displays when you press the 'retrieve login information' link....)
enter the email address in teh proper block and press the submit button and the account info will be emailed to the address...
