have you noticed something strange happening to the scores in the last hour or so? Mine was fluctuating a bit without changing a number of votes, and then the number of votes went down (?!), from 74 to 72... while my score actually went a bit up.
what's up with that?

Mickey (Michaelene, the wife) is the photographer in the family. She's currently going to school for photography and does most of the shooting and entries.
Tony (Tony, the husband and general boat anchor) is a computer geeky guy who works for Accenture. He does the shots when Mickey is too overloaded with homework to get an entry in.
Tony did Shapes II and this current challenge while Mickey was busy with homework. Actually, I enlisted her legs for Shapes II, but set up the shot and did post-production myself.
Everything else is Mickey's work.
We'll be moving to Georgia sometime this summer to be nearer to our children and grandchildren. Plans are to open a studio there. I'll continue to work for Accenture until the studio can pay the bills.
Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Just got smacked - fell from 5.85xx to 5.80xx in one vote.
Hmmm, I'll need to borrow that someone's eyes to see what I did not see while preparing the image for the challenge.

Well I broke 6 for a bit but now I'm knocked down to 5.99 again. Can't complain considering I didn't do any elaborate preparation for the shot. No tricks, no digital fine tuning, pretty well a straight shot. So I'm happy.
