I vividly remember seeing a beautiful picture of an Asian or Oriental woman, with a maroon scarf covering her mouth and perhaps part of her head; her eyes the only part that was showing, so communicative and spiritual. It reminds me of librodo's work, except I couldn't find it there. Does anyone know what I'm referring to? If you do, could you post the link?

I posted a link then realised that wasn' it. I should have read the post better. (Asian Oriental)

That's extremely beautiful, but no, I don't believe so- I think the scarf was slanted, pulled diagonally over her mouth so it was only her eyes that shone forth. Thank you so much, however. |

This is the only one I can think of that's even close for a non-librodo photo. Also consider that it might have been Librodo, but have been taken down since you've seen it.
Dangit scalvert..

Lowonenergy, that may have been it- it's very beautiful. For some reason, I recall the scarf being maroon rather than blue, but that picture is exquisite and may serve my purpose...
Scalvert, thanks- I think it covered her mouth, however... |

I love that one too, Canadian...I may be misremembering, but I think the photo was of a woman where the scarf was actually pulled across her mouth and forehead, leaving only the eyes.
Then again, this all may be a fictitious recreation of my imagination, and I'm adding details that don't exist. |

I didn't know there were so many pictures that could be candidates for the one I need! Wow...thanks so much for helping. I think it did win a challenge or was pretty high up, Canadian...the picture was somewhat sad, if I remember correctly. |

We're reading Fantasia: An Algerian Cavalcade in my AP English class, and we have to create a multigenre response. One of these is supposed to focus on pictures (bring them in-with obvious credit to the photographer, make a collage, if we're ambitious, we can even attempt paintings or drawings off of the pictures). This will only be used for private purposes (the class project) and won't be sold/ used/ distributed/ anything else. |
