I just did a photoshoot with a local band,

Speaking as a musician and producer I personally always go with the B&W cool shot so I vote for number 1, great lighting.
Number 3 is good too, it is hard for the band to act naturally, we always had the same trouble with shots.

| Nice shots all the only problem I have with them in general is that there seems to be a lot of emphasis on their shoes. I like the b+w's the most for the feel and they would go well together. |

I don't think the lighting you used did great justice to the color tones. It lacks punch to my eye. I like the 1st and 4th B&W's best and the last higher key, red couch shot.

i think #2 would be a way cool album cover if you put the band's logo on the bottom of the guy's shoe.
what lens did you use for this? i like the deep perspective. |

Thanks for the comments, they're all helpful.
I lose the exif info as I edit the photos, so it would take me a really long time to update the info in each photo, which probably won't stay long anyway as I'm right up at my portfolio limit.
The camera is a Minolta 7D, most of the shots used a Sigma 12-24mm lens at f4.5 using 12mm. I used bounced flash for all the shots and a shutter speed of around 1/15s.
