Well I think this whole thread totally ruined my score. It has fallen a bunch since this talk started. :P Seriously the trolls must be voting now. Mine dropped from 6.2 to 6.0 today. :(

I don't think all the people who voted have read this entire thread, and many people don't give a crap what others say and just vote how they want anyways.

Sorry wavelength I was being silly but guess my post didn't show it. I don't feel like anything discussed here has anything at all to do with my score or anyone elses.

*gulp*
See what I get for trying to help someone? This place is so damned uptight, nit-picky and anal anymore it's really sad. Used to be a lot of fun. Now it's take measurements to determine percentages and a protractor to see if it is perfectly level, and, and and.... Sheesh.

Oh and I'm right there too on the big drop - was over 6.6 now under 6.3
Ugh. Feel like I should go clear out my desk or somethin...

Is okay, I wasn't upset at you or anything.

I was upset when whatever dude started the whole Bokeh crap in the first place.

Mine dropped a few points today as well, and I got another comment. That is nice.

No matter - anything around a 6 is great.

Bouncing is exactly right...in the space of 8 votes I got a 1, then 8, 9, and 4 votes averaging 5.75 and then another 1? What is up (or rather down, up, down) with that?

Mine also went down since yesterday, from a 6.6 to a 6.2

Well no more checking of my stats. I just hope it stays right up there with the big boys/girls. I am very pleased that I ran with this photo instead of my phobia one. as I am sure my phobia would have ranked right with my other submissions. and thats one trend I sure wanted to break.

I totally agree Brad. You're almost afraid to say anything for fear of someone jumping on you. This week seems to have really been a bad week for people bitchin about things too. What's up with that? Man it's the holidays...be happy and enjoy!
I shouldn't have added fuel to the fire with what I said earlier. I just felt the comments thrown at you were unnessessary. Sorry!

Just to gripe some more my score is now down to 5.9. I have never had one drop so quickly. :(

You have rated 347 of 347 images (100%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 26 images (7%) in this challenge.

I hope to comment on at least 20% of the entries. On to the other challenges. I truly enjoyed this challenge. I'm not in any of them so I'm a bit bummed out. But what a joy looking at all of your images!

I was hoping to get something beetween 5 and 6, possibly 6.5. NIX. I am under 5 now and just getting lower. I thought this contest was about getting things in to clear focus and near things in front and back out of focus. Was I wrong?
I even tried something that needed fast capture, something that moves fast, not something standing or hanging still. But nope. I am under 5, almost dropping to 4.6.
Maybe I should have dropped this picture.

Gunnsi, don't be disappointed with a lower score in one challenge. As for what you should have photographed, I think we should not discuss or else we are both going to be slammed soon :)
let the challenge end and you can post your photo in forum and ask for feedback, that would be much better option.

I woke up to a nice comment from you Rikki. Thanks. I have done a first run of voting and only made one comment. I am going back to adjust and comment this morning.

Wow that one person who got that comment should feel really happy about getting that one comment. Irregardless of what their score is, They made an impression on you to get your one comment.

I need to finish voting and try to start commenting.
