I'm going out in 15 minutes to start shooting my candlelight shot. I'm thinking about shooting RAW. If I do this, what sort of bracketing should I do? I tend to shoot +/- 2/3rd when shooting JPG, but should it be more for RAW or should I forget the bracketing since RAW can be changed later?

Quick help appreciated...

I don't bracket in RAW because you have some leverage in post processing. Plus, the files are much bigger so you won't have extra space on your CF cards. I don't find it necessary unless there's just an enormous dynamic range in the shot anyway. My 2 cents. ;)

I wouldn't bracket w/ RAW either, unless you tend to be WAY of in your exposure.

Can you see the histogram of the picture after you take it (I know you can on the d70)? If so just make sure nothing is blown out or too dark on the histogram and you should be good to go because from there it can easily be manipulated however you want.
