Pentax has announced this new lens, available in January. Pentax is the only manufacturer making a fisheye zoom right now. Tokina helped co-develop it, so I expect Tokina will also be releasing a 10-17mm fisheye zoom at some point.. but for now, Pentax is the sole provider of one.
I must say I'm pretty happy about it. I've been hoping for a lens like this for awhile. |

can the lens be adapted to canon as a full manual lens *hopefull* |

I'm not sure.. The DA lenses don't have an aperature ring, so it might not work. |

You could always buy a 2nd, (Pentax), body for all your wide angle needs. :)
