Well due to the first place photo being disqualified in the camouflage challenge I now have my first ribbon. I do feel sorry for echo54, as it was his first ribbonâ€Â¦and only his second challenge. It only took me 81 entries to win one. Is that a record? Hahaâ€Â¦anyways I want to thank everyone who votedâ€Â¦hope lighting strikes again.

I have no pity for anybody who submits a photo out of the date range or is too big a foolio to set their camera date, then submit mis-dated photos. Joey did it twice in a row, what a maroon! ;-)

Congrats to you Mr. Foolery, for mastering the date function on your camera, and for a fine photo.

:-D

I dunno, my camera can't keep it's date right for anything, it's always like a day off. I think it's a problem with the Minolta's internal timers on the prosumer cams...

well, as soon as I get my DSLR, I won't have to worry about that. (one fine day...)

I may just get one for my mid-life crisis next month, who knows!

In that case, I'll take a mid life crisis with a side of Nikon D200.

That's easy to say, but my first (and only) DQ was for time/date violation shortly after I switched to 20D...

Robt.
