Can anyone give this picture some more pop?
I use a PC at work so all I can edit with is MS office picture manager.
Cheers! : )

My fast try:

First resized it. Ran it through Neat Image. Levels in Photoshop to bring out the foreground. Then used layers to blacken out the lower portion which was I think a wall.

Used curves on Blue to bring out the color in the sky. Contrast. USM. Did not crop it, cause it looks ok this way too.

Take care.

There are several cool posts with shadows in the foreground that I would try to bring out. Noise is actually cool in this shot.

With Digital Image Pro 10 I:

Straightened Horizon

Duplicated the Photo, left bottom layer as is.
Top Layer: Shadows + 40, Mids + 34, Highs 0, this brings the foreground elements out, Added Outward fade transparency to top Layer to tone it done (bring in darkness from background layer) and darken the edges.

This was just a quickie, I think i'd like to see a little more "mood" or "moon" light filtering on the posts but this is the direction I'd go with it.

Ok so noise wasn't that cool... looks a bit better ran through noise ninja.

Photoshop 7.0. Levels to lighten and pull up detail throughout. Contrast masking to balance. Levels to darken again while holding a trace of detail. Neat image to eliminate noise. Hue/sat and selective color. Resize to 640, USM, save for web.

This is exactly what I wanted!
I took the photo from inside a pub window. The few drinks I had in me made me fascinated by the clouds bi-secting the sun.
