So I was out there with my parents when they came up to visit a little while back and took a bunch of shots on my dad's Fuji Finepix S5100, and he finally emailed them back to me so I could pick through and post-process them. I end up taking a lot of pictures of scenery and such, and then I realize that probably everyone takes those same shots when they go to the Point, so I just ended up keeping the ones of my parents standing around, being windblown.

I don't have a gallery here, so any comments in this thread appreciated :)

The first two are very much snapshots. the third is the best, but the last is composed on the rule of thirds, and i like the PPG tower in the BG.

i think the 2nd and 4th are interesting: cropping the second one to only include a portion of your father's and mother's faces and emphasizing the stairs in the fourth shot would add drama to these (if drama is what you wanted!)...
