hola Linda!!!

We took our family pictures today. My extended family....

With 17 people.

7 children 6 and under.

I have officially survived Hell, and I didn't have to drink to get through it.

lol - that's good that you didn't have to drink to get thorugh it. Kids can be so much fuin - but oh so much of a handful when in a group

whatever

Yeah, but the new lights worked like champs. I'd recommend them to anyone at this point. They didn't miss a beat the whole shoot, almost an hour.

The setup and background left something to be disired, but well, what are you going to do with nowhere but my dad's livingroom to set up, and winter icky-ness in full bloom.

ew, nasty.

I am so glad that I am finally switching to days. I'm losing money, (shift differential) but it is so worth it to have a more normal schedule.

I'd never willingly give up my midnights....this way I can optimize daylight shooting hours AND get the shift differential.

I'd think about it if I was single, but I have sleep problems already, and with 3 small children at home, I'd never be able to sleep during the day.

But yeah, I know of a few guys that think like that. Two of our night guys have basically ruined their marraiges doing it though, the other only sleeps 3-4 hours a day no matter when he's working, so he's happy.

that's me - sleep about 4 hours a day and do fine. My husband works nights too. But he has to get 8-9 hours of sleep. I can't even imagine sleeping that long!
