I usually get my prints printed at Costco. I save my files as 3000 x 2000 pixels (3:2) and when I order 4X6 prints they are usually cropped on the right size and at the bottom.

Can someone please let me know how to correct this issue? Thanks!

That's fairly normal at some digital labs. There is no solution other than to try a different lab. You could also give them a 4.25x6.25" image instead of a 4x6 and you would probably get closer to what you are looking for.
