For almost a month I have not been able to get on this site.
It kept saying "Blocked temporarily." Has this happened to
anyone else? |

Oh wow, ya, about a month ago you were blocked for asking for some new lense to be added. It was all the rage in the forums for a couple of weeks. Lot's of people quit DPC over it. Well, I forgive you, so, welcome back!

| Curious indeed. If you had been suspended on purpose, you should have received a notice from the admins. I would suggest contacting them now if you're not sure what happened and see if they know anything. |

It happens to me every weekday between 1am and 3pm. But that's because I set my firewall up to block access to it and then I had my wife change the password to the router, so only she knows it. That way I can get some work done.
I recommend this to all members of DPCers Anonymous. I tried cold turkey once but got the shakes real bad. |

| I think it was a site problem because I could not even enter my username. I just got a blank white page with "Blocked temporarily." written on it. |

| It's possible that someone else's actions caused the site to block a range of IP addresses which included the ones typically assigned you by your ISP (unless you have a static IP address). It will take research by the admins to find out what happened for sure. |

| DPC just got blocked for me at work--within the last half hour. I suppose they noticed that I was registering a lot of hits on dpchallenge.com. However, the point that they seem to be missing, in blocking DPC, is that's distractions are an important part of getting work done. |
