Im thinkin about buying this to mount my off camera flash (sigma 500 super) for skateboarding shots.

anyone ever use this ?

I sorta doubt its gonna support a 20d..

It's probably a terrible idea. Those flex arms are just that: flexible. When force is applied to them, in other words, they FLEX. And you can be sure that the g-forces involved in skateboarding, plus the vibration, will cause whatever is mounted on that thing to exert some form of angular momentum. In other words, the damned light is gonna wave around like crazy and will never stay pointed where youw ant it to be pointed. In the worst-case sceanrio, it'll flex right over until the flash hits the pavement at high speed, and you can kiss one flash goodbye...
