Any interest in a pda friendly version of dpchallenge ?
One that would be graphics free/ small format so you could check scores and forum posts on a wireless device (phone/ pda etc)
Similar to the sites you can find from

| I think it could be easier for administrators to set up wireless alerts where they just sms you the score to your wireless device. Citibank does that on request with account balances, transactions, etc. I find it very convenient. |

| I would be interested in this... and I do use my PDA on occasion to check on things here. A lower bandwidth version would be great, perhaps with smaller thumbnails, and optimised for a smaller width. |

I think it would be worth it...
open as many gates to the addiction as possible...

Actually, I think that would require more work - all this needs is a different smaller/lighter html page to be generated, everything else stays the same. Doesn't even need to display the graphics in the first case.

hehehe! :)
i have a habit of picking up some of my favorite sayings from various OTT movies--you know, the hysterical bordering on idiotic ones--ace ventura, austin powers, cable guy, zoolander...that sort. ;)
*dang* just happens to be an unfortunate remnant of Joe Dirt--and i often think that it must look weird to other people when typed--but it sure sounds funny to say out loud! :)

I like the idea of having my challenge entries sms'd (text msg) to my phone.
Since it is 2008, I may very well be the last person on Earth to not get the internet on my phone (too cheap to pay Verizon)...it would be cool, though to get my score(s) sent to me over a user-defined number of times throughout the day (no more once an hour, or something -- gotta set limits). And then you could have a user-defined parameter of receive time (between 7am and 10pm, for instance)
