gi_joe05: Aha fishing for tips I see. Anyway we know a lot of people from high places, and a lot of photographers too. So one of them saw my pictures and immediatly asked a copy of some of them. We didn't know what he was going to do, but anyway since he was also featured in this magazin before, he knows how to contact them and apparently they liked the pictures. You know the best way for you may be to just send your pictures to any magazin you can get your hands on. In Turkey it won't work cause we only three photography magazins, and they're quite picky, but hey America's a big place.
JPR: Thanks, I'm hoping to go to New York this summer (I miss it), but it's just a dream...

At this point, since I don't read Turkish, it's perhaps more just ordering research -- it would be interesting to compare the cost of ordering it from here, or buying it there and mailing. We'll see : )
I think I forgot to say congratulations! No matter what "contacts" you have in the business, it's a great achievement. |
