We have 63(?) shopping days left, it's time for us to write our list.
Post the one (selfish - ie something for just yourself, we all want no war, no hunger, flushing toilets for everyone etc but this is a self centered thread, not miss america) thing that above all others you would love for Christmas/Hanukkah/ Kwanza/ Yule/Festivus-for-the-rest-of-us . It doesn't have to be plausible, but it does have to be for YOU.
i would like my immigration paperwork to be finialised by the end of the year |

OK here it is!
A job ( since I recently walked from my extremely well paid job and am now suffering tremendous guilt feelings) that I will want to go to each day and will pay me enough for John and I to travel as we did before!
(if not that then a top prize winning lottery ticket!)

| Nothing out of reach....a DSLR, mat cutter, studio equipment (or renewal of club membership), and to sell some really nice prints at some really high prices :) |

Me too. Except for the traveling with John. He's a married man. :)
Winning lotto ticket would be better!

Im gonna ask for my gift a bit early: I want my disability claim to be approved on Nov.8th so I can buy a house. I would gladly give up my Dslr dreams to have a home of my own!

When my ex husband had his third disability hearing and was finally approved (3 years after the battle began), it took another 2 1/2 months to actually see the back payments...so be prepared for that reality. It sucks, but it's on it's way eventually. Good luck! :)

As far as my selfish Christmas wish? I can only think of two things I want right now... a wide-angle lens (Sigma 10-20 or 12-24 would do) and a 580EX flash. Maybe tax season. :) |
