We also found out that Tom is gay, there's been a lot of speculation :)
I want to know why Sayid turned Michael in, sure he knows him to be a traitor (which he is) but Michael must have some information that will be useful and Sayid always struck me as the kind of guy who would have thought of that. Plus Sayid was already weary of the people on the freighter, that's why he went in the first place. It just seemed like he didn't give it too much thought.
Also, poor Rousseau and Karl! I did not see that coming! Very sad for Alex, losing her long lost mother and boyfriend within minutes of each other! But is Rousseau dead...hmm...
I liked the episode, I just think a lot of people were let down b/c they were expecting a HUGE cliffhanger (due to the month long break). It's good to know that Walt gets off the island, we got definitive proof that the freighters in fact DO mean them harm, and we are starting to possibly figure out why Sayid is working for Ben in the future. Overall, not the best but another GREAT Lost show! |

What is friggin up with the month break? Didn't ABC talk about the shortened season without interruption? Total crap.
JJ Abrams is also quite famous for turning good characters bad and vice versa. One needed to only have watched Alias for a few seasons to see almost every character go from good to bad and vice versa.

Just finished watching it and I thought it was one of the stronger episodes this season (so far).. and the month long break aint THAT bad..
Any idea when `Heroes` is coming back? |

Some probably were, but everyone in hollyweird is union so when one union is on strike the others won't cross the picket lines. It's why the emmy's or whatever award show that was was just a reading of the winners - no one, actor wise, would cross the picket line to enter the theatre.
What's more annoying is all the other shows that had to be written and shot and everything come back on next week - whey is Lost running 3 to 4 weeks behind?

Bear in mind that scripts are changing constantly throughout the production process, even during the shooting period, so if certain lines don`t work when spoken in context by the actor/actress then generally they will get them rewritten.. no writers - no rewrites... |

Tonight's episode was great! I was so excited for it to finally be back on! :)
New episode of Bones and a new episode of Lost and tomorrow a new episode of Moonlight...it's a good week!

the last episode I saw was the "Who is Kevin Johnson" thing... i thought it was pretty crappy tbh. Great production, cinematography and sound but the end just sucked for me. I was thinking "THAT'S your big cliffhanger?! Who cares!?". It needs to get off its ass, include the monster more, talk about the black rock. Explain what the hell they meant by a 'security system' all those moons ago, stop Kate being a whore, give Sawyer something more to say than "son of a bitch" and why has nobody queried that big massive statue with only 4 toes? Surely that would be a talking point amongst the survivors...
I just don't get why all this stuff seems to have been papered over and it should be vitally important. I don't care about love triangles or whatever else, but i am interested about the monster and the things i listed above... i just hope they don't make it like a soap opera.

Okay so how does Ben talk to the smoke monster? They are taunting us with Jack's death but we already know that he is a OS so why would they do that? What does Ben think Jacob will tell them?
And Sher I am also very glad that Lost is back on. I think I was in denial.

yeah... i was quite glad they made a point to research that and not just stick a d300 in his hand like morons...
obviously, ben's got some cool toys back in his secret room. one, he's got something that calls or controls the smoke. two, somewhere he's got a teleporter. how else did he get to the desert? it was probably first tested on the polar bear, which is how the lewis chick found one dead there earlier this season.
i think we've finally answered the "is ben a good guy" question. no. is he capable of love? yes. is he the less evil between he and widmore? maybe. is he good. hell to the no. you see how big he grinned when he suckered sayid into being his hit-man?
i think the others follow ben because they're trying to protect the island from widmore or what widmore would do with it. i also think the others would rather have locke as their leader or know locke is the one who will ultimately defeat both ben and widmore and be a true protector of the island. locke will be jacob's "replacement" as it were...
my big question now is: why can't ben kill widmore? i think jacob won't allow it, but i'm not sure why.
and how much would it suck to get appendicitis when you're the only doctor on the island? what'cha gonna do? take it out yo' own bad self? ouch.

LOST message boards have me totally looking for clues in everything.
example: when sayid grabs ben and pulls him aside after catching him at his wife's funeral procession they stand in a shelled-out concrete area with tons of arabic graffiti. i'd LOVE to know what it said.
EVERYthing on LOST means something, right?

I was wondering that too. I thought they were Others, but someone mentioned that they were crash survivors. A few went with Locke when the groups split up.
