ok i have submitted entires before and for some reason DPC wont let me enter my submission at 640 X 510...when i look at the image size page in PS, it says that its 956k??? so i downsized it to meet the limit of 150k and when i loaded here its about 2 inches in size..what am i doing wrong?

Are you doing the save for web?

Use the save for web and adjust the image size and apply, then adjust the quality to keep the kb's under the limit, you will see the change at the bottom left of the picture as you adjust the quality

now i cant save it as a jpeg, keeps saving as .gif

Hey Queany, make sure you are in RBG color mode. Image>Mode>RBG

O and make sure it is in 8bit mode and not 16bit mode.
