Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0L USM

Just got back from Paraguay, where I bought my new toys!
Couldn't be any happier!!!

sigma 70-200 f/2.8
canon 50mm f/1.8
Canon Battery Grip BG-E3
and an extra battery for the grip!

I already knew that the 50mm is an outstanding lens. The sigma really surprised me, it's amazing! Was going to get the canon f/4L version, but this sigma caught me!

Just wanted to share with ya guys

I understand the giddy feeling. I just got my stuff a day ago and went out and shot a bunch of pics last night. I learned that I have a lot to learn and that 200mm isn't quite as long as you think. lol :)

Enjoy your new toys! Can't wait to see some pics from them.

From those that have the sigma lens i hear very good things.
I got the sigma 18-50 2.8 EX DG and love it. The 70-200 2.8 is most likley the next one on my list.

Got any test shots to show?

The 70-200 2.8 is definitely next om my list. I have the 75-300 f4-5.6 IS and love it but not so good for lower light situations.

There are 231 pics, Iguassu Falls, bird's park, and Itaipu powerplant!
I even got attacked by a tucan LoL, quite funny!
Then one of my friends got his XT, and has some 300 photos!
