In a yahoo photography group I belong to this attempt to sell on ebay has been lightly discussed and I am the first person to say I have had my fair share of BAD photos but I have never tried to sell something like this...

LOL notice the person didn't take the time to roll down the window, the sunspot and how crooked it is.
Wonder if we could find a way to invite the person who placed the sole bid on this image to a visit to DPCPrints. |

Maybe I need to sell some of my shots on ebay . . the guy actually has a BID.

| I don't think the seller is the photographer. Look at his other auctions, mostly celebrity photos, some of them pretty old. I think he is just selling off a stack of prints and this one somehow got in there. |

It's also possible the photo IS worth something (or at least worth the selling price to someone).
If you do a search for "Perth Amboy Tottenville Ferry" there's a ton of stuff out there on the net about it.... Maybe someone is wanting to relive the past, or give their parent a unique present, or...
Not justifying the quality of the photo, just the fact that good shot or not, it may actually be worth purchasing. As opposed to some of the stuff highlighted at //www.funnyauctions.com...
