There's a photography podcast called Tips From The Top Floor which I listen to. It's mainly aimed at point and shoot users but I enjoy the focus on the pictures rather than the equipment.

I frequent Fred Miranda as much as this one. I find it's filled with more pro's than this one. It seems like a pretty good place.

I find thats the problem with photosig. Unless its a nude, you don't get many comments on your shots.
