I have been doing portrait shoots quite a bit lately, but today I was asked to possibly do some senior portraits. Not really something that I want to dive into, but I wouldn't mind doing it from time to time. (as long as it doesn't include someone leaning on an out-of-place piller, or sitting by their grad year numbers) ;-)
So the question I have is where can I find supplies I might need to package this stuff? For example: proof books / displays, etc... Also I remember wallets having an embossed name in the corner sometimes. I'm not sure who does that. As for printing, I have been pretty happy with mpix.com. I just need some help with all the other things that I'm not used to that's involved with senior pictures.
One more thing...when selling prints, do you usually stamp the back with a copyright warning, or apply a sticker to it, or nothing? It's usually good to promote yourself on the back, as well as protect yourself in case they bring it somewhere to try to make cheap copies. Thanks, hope to get some good advice.
