I seem to lose resolution when I reduce my photos to send in for DPC. I am using PS to make the reduction. I don't retain the sharpness of the original shot. ???????????? I am using a Canon Power shot G5.

have a look at this TUTORIAL
it shows you the best way to prepare you shots for DPChallenge

there are a lot of tutorials under the "learn" link at the top of all the pages
