65535 is the magic number... data type issue.. been seen and corrected on profile views but I think it's still in the system in other places...

Rackat's photo has bumped the upper limit.

Print available link on the top scoring photo even though there is no print available... most likely a lapsed membership issue, but it's confusing...

I just viewed Rackat's shot, and the counter read "65,536"...?

It shows that on the photo itself and 65535 on the top viewed photos page... neither number will change beyond those.

| That number's a binary multiple (2 to the 16th power) -- that would indicate that some process/buffer has reached its capacity, and needs to be reprogrammed to handle more orders of magnitude, probably 24-bit instead of 16-bit, yielding a limit of about 16.7 million -- same numbers as used in your monitor settings. |

The Print Available! text has been fixed. The 65k problem has been fixed. Nothing was hacked, the field is too small to hold a larger number and the recent Rackat's shot has had so many views in the last two months is because of this.
And hopefully the sight slowness has been fixed as well. Meanwhile, DPCPrints search has been broken temporarily!. |
