If I say the Movie, then I will lose whatever little respect I still got in here, lol--

I'll give a hint: James Garner

It was the notebook. I cried my eyes out at that movie.

Edit to add that I cry at dog food commercials.

If you think that 3.4 is high then not move to Iceland ... we pay 1.8 for a liter ... that is araound 6.7 for a gallon ;)

At 3.65 a gallon here in Syracuse, everything is a gas rant.

I feel your pain - that is a two-box (of tissues) movie if ever I saw one.
One day I will have recovered enough to see it again. I'll have the tissues ready.

I ate 2 bean burritos for lunch today. If you want to rant about gas, you should have been near me about 2pm.

Wow. I have to say I'm surprised that there are so many The Notebook fans. I thought that movie was laughably bad (when not painfully bad).

That Simon Birch kid could have just read the encyclopedia out loud for 2 hours and people would have been crying by the end.

my wife picks almost all movies we go see. she wanted to go see the note book but decided after a few reviews that she did not want to see it.

By the way we just saw the 40 year old virgin tonight, what a hoot, good flick , funny and a great story its a chick flick and a guy flick at the same time.

THANK YOU! I'm glad I'm not the only one on the planet that feels that way. I simply cannot comprehend why people like it.

I never even heard of it until today. Kinda funny that I come in to the forums and everyone is talking about it.

I didn't watch it..I went downstairs and watched my son play Frogger instead. =)
