Nice work so far. If I had a critique it would be that the tones are bit flat in some and a bit extreme in others. You might want to try working with the dodge and burn tools (if you have them) to get your work up to the next level.
Some folks think a lot of voodoo is involved in the proper use of the dodge and burn tools, but it's really not that hard. If you understand the basic principals of shading in sketch work--using the highlights and shadows to accent and define specific features--then with practice you can get a grip on dodge and burn.
Here's a quick example. I like to think of portrait dodge and burn as applying makup with light. Used carefully the effect can be quite dramatic. Note: I'm not implying my edit is better... only that it is different, and may be an avenue you would like to explore. (lovely model, btw :)

wow that is nice I will have to play with that I did notice it gives the portrait more character and depth. Thank you |
