I just got adobe today! :) So, I can resize to the demensions in the challenges and can do all neat things now. Meanwhile, you go to photoadobe and resize.... then when I put in decent 340 pixel request the image got all funky and enlarged and the file is now way to big to upload (like 1 million + bytes) ouch! What is the simplest way to do this, help please!

Clicking on Learn>tutorials at the top will show you tutorials that DPCers have written and are very helpful.

everything is helpful up until the rgb and srgb. When I look under "mode" there is no "convert to profile". only "greyscale, bitmap, indexed and rgb". Help

It comes under Image>=Mode>=Convert to profile (Right at the bottom of the menu)
Aim for "sRGB IEC61966-2.1" as your destination space.
PS - Welcome to DPC
