Hovering between 4.9 and 5.1

YES!!!! currently my highest score! Its fallen ever so slowly since yesterday(from 6.42) but Im still very happy with the score.thanks for the comments ive already gotten

I'm not sure what to think. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for the score I have, but I really think the picture is better than this, but then again, don't we all think that of our shots!?!? I guess I would like to see more comments on my entry as to what people are liking / disliking about my entry. After the nude III challenge of 76 comments I guess I would like a bit more feedback.
Oh well, sorry to rant.

I know it's not as good as many of you but so far this is my highest score in a challenge yet! I'm very exciting since I tried all week to photograph my original idea and finally at 10pm decided to shoot something different and entered that one. Yeah Me!

I just talked to my brother in Texas(Army of nOne), we're having a little sibling rivalry as his pic is at 6.5. I'm really hoping to finish right next to him and hopefully on top. This is the first challenge that we have both been in and are actually close in score to one another. Come on voters, I need your help to beat him :)

I seemed to be locked here but that's fine with me. No ribbon but keeping my head above a 6 is always a good thing. I'm so tired I have no energy to vote. I think my one and only vote given was an instant 10 after my first screening.

I'd be happy to see my shot get to the 6's (it's at 5.8 now). I am extremely proud of how it turned out. That first night voting really smacked it down.
Next challenge I'm doing what I did last night, staying away from the update button until at least 7 a.m. the next day after voting began.

What with the voters today? Yesterday when I hit the update button the score would rise 3 out of 5 times and climbed up to 6.35. Today every time I hit the update button it's dropped every time! It's now below 6.25. Not a huge difference but it drops slightly with every update. Strange.

I've been up and down all week. I just want to get to 5 at this point. I thought my entry was a solid 6-7, but I was obviously wrong. I look forward to cooler weather so that I can get out and about more. 100+ temps aren't that condusive to alot of outside work.

| I didn't enter this one and boy am I glad, I haven't really begun to vote and I have given out 4 tens. Yes, that's right folks. They are that good and I really thought I wouldn't see much out of these. I have favorites here and yes, even put one on my wish list, may go back and put another there also, but right now I need sleep very badly, see ya in about 2 hours. LOL. |

Personally I am pretty excited not about this entry, but about my High Contrast entry. This is the problem with having inspiration hit and taking the picture in the first day or two. Now I have to wait, wait, wait for the voting to start on that one. |

Great for you guys who are doing well.
I'm playing with high contrast and what I like may not be what wins ribbons. Not that I need the affirmation, but it is nice. Hmmm - what to do what to do.
Nude woman in stark black and white holding a strawberry that's splashed into a glass of milk with cows in the background and a bolt of lightning? Yeah, that oughta do it. |
