Hello All,

I'm a very new member to the DPC. I'd like to say that I like what I see going on here, I've been nosing around for a while, and finally decided to fork over some cash and become a member.

Im overly anxious to have some work of mine critiqued. So although I beg your pardon, Im really Im just here in a self-promotional nature, asking you to BYOB and stop on by! Any comments at all are welcome, so feel free to rant, rave, spit, holler, cry, or drop to your knees and worship! Im really dying for some feedback because I dont generally seek it out, but this seems like a good place to start.

Thanks to all in advance!

Buck

PS - Sepia tones in Jiu-Jitsu folder might be a little bright. Im still viewing them on a variety of monitors to get the saturation corrected.

Just added this one to my favorites, Buck. I usually like the blues and purples of sunset better than the reds, yellows and oranges, but I couldn't resist, love the composition, subject and crop. You've got a lot of nice stuff there!

PS, I used to have a cat named Kona!

It was pointed out that in my original post my link was set to the portfolio manager page, which probably only I have access to.

Updated here...

I'm scared to click on links posted by you. LOL. Just kidding. Both are interesting photos.

some really nice stuff buck. i'm not sure, but i think you should start narrowing down which of the photos in the sections are the best ones and getting rid of the lesser ones to save space, since im sure your going to be uploading a lot more good stuff and it can get complicated to navigate. You have a wide range of styles and subjects. I like to see that. Welcome to DPC. I think im going to become a member soon too, as soon as i can get the money together. *g*

I don't care much for comments on this. Ani Just a fun picture of my bird dog, Anakin (black lab and german shorthair pointer), busy honing his craft. He is suppose to chase pheasants, but these work too. Funny thing is (not too funny), he catches those little tweeties, sometimes out of the air, just like a cat! Thought about it for HSH, but not a great shot for it. But if you came to my backyard (besides its renovation) you would see a dog jumping into the tree.
