Not sure you're gonna be satisfied with it, if that's as focused as you can get this particular shot. HOWEVER, how close to the subject were you when you clicked? It may be that you were actually too close, and that if you were to retake it at a slightly further distance, you can zoom in on the detail you're seeking. If you want suggestions on this particular shot, I would suggest Neat Image, bumping up the color, and perhaps a slightly looser crop.
Just my 2 cents...

Try to clone out that blob over the hopper's head. |

USM (unsharp mask), some levels, contrast and cloned out the blob as kenskid (no relation) mentioned. Maybe looks a little over-processed now, but sharper at least.
Neat shot - I also think a looser crop would be interesting.
