I have a lot of shots of Krystal from the same picture that was entered in the Moods challenge and was eventually published by Digital Photo magazine. I had her under the vent of an aircon thus, the dramatic hair. Usually, I tell my "models" that I will continuously take 10 shots and that I would like her/him to change her/his pose after every click. Krystal was quite good at it. Here are some examples.

Personally, I find it very effective because somehow, you are giving your model "freedom" to convey the emotion that you would like them to show.

lucky you ... all my "models" say, "You're the photographer, tell me what to do". Posing has always been my shortcoming :(

:)

great stuff as usual

Ditto that - very creative blending of photos. I definitely want to remember that one.
