Grande vanilla latte.
One of my lifetime goals is to visit Starbucks in as many places as possible.

Caribou Coffee
Here is a favorite coffee shop, I prefer it for some different blends over Starbucks. |

Goldberry, glad to hear you were joking.
I'm not the queen of anything apart from maybe typos and pies.

Did someone say 'pie'?
What pie goes well with a jumbo skim extra hot latte?

With lots of whipping cream to counteract the skim latte.

I'm right there with you - it's the coffee that I adore!
I love my double-tall-one-splenda-extra-dry-cappuccino! (or perhaps a triple or quad depending upon the moment.)

All out of the real thing this morning, had to make do with instant.
I've never been to Starbucks, but love going out for coffee. I have an espresso machine, just a little one, but it's not the same. Meanwhile I dream of getting one of those souped-up Italian machines.

There should be a 5 syllable limit when ordering caffeinated beverages.
If in Canada at Tim Horton's "Large Double Double" will do just fine.

Coffee is like a religious, pseudo-spiritual experience to me. I'm not fancy - I drink unflavored black joe (but I grind my own). There's something about the smell, texture and taste of a cup of coffee in the morning (or anytime) that centers me.
Maybe it's just addiction?

My setup:
Expobar Office Pulser - //www.wholelattelove.com/Expobar/Expobar.cfm
Innova Espresso Grinder //www.pennineteaandcoffee.co.uk/shop/prad022.htm
Solis Maestro Grinder - //www.wholelattelove.com/Solis/maestro.cfm
Yama Vacuum Pot, Bodum French Press, Presto Scandinavian Design Coffee Maker, Chemex Pot, and melitta manual drip for drip :-P
Datcat, the machine you have pictured won't make espresso to its best - you have to have a good machine and a good grinder, grind distribute and tamp yourself to make the best. |

...and freshly roasted.
Hmmm...looks like I keep going out for coffee. Got to get the priorities right—lenses first, coffee makers later.

My mother-in-law has one of these:
//www.turkishgiftbazaar.com/grinders/coffe/02coffee.htm
it was her mothers, who brought it out from Egypt. My husband, while he still lived at home, used for grinding bird seed—PHILISTINE! |

I couldn't live without coffee, it the only thing I drink, but I've never done the fancy stuff, maxwell house only with cream and sugar, and I'll only use one kind of cream, same for my coffee.

Yeah I like Gingerbread lattes. Only good occasionally though.
The christmas before last our Starbucks was giving out free chocolate coins too, a few with every drink. :-) They stopped it last year though. :-(
Egg nog just tastes like cake mixture to me...

Better: espresso with a shot of grappa in it. Or even better: with a shot of sambuca. In Italy they call it 'cafe corretto', corrected coffee. And I agree about the correction :-) |
