Thank-you to EVERYONE for your comments and praise on my Family challenge submisson. This is my highest rated photo on DPC. I have never been in the top 10 before and I am very happy about that. Not too shabby for still using a 2 MP point and shoot. Hopefully soon, I'll be able to upgrade as I am proud to say that I think I've outgrown my current digital camera.
I have re-done this photo and submitted to DPC Prints but there is quite a hurdle to overcome due to my low resolution camera in providing a good quality print. We'll have to see if it will be approved. In any event, I am very honored at having people requesting prints (something that has never happened to me before), so even if I wind up not being able to provide a good quality print to sale, I am very pleased knowing that something I did was well received.
As for the bunnies? They are growing like weeds. For those of you who commented "How did you get all those rabbits to sit still". Well, that WAS a challenge in itself. It took lost of patience, lots of failed pictures and perseverence to get everyone positioned AND with their eyes open. Plus, the light helped a little. Rabbits, including the babies, have a tendency to get a little lethargic when they get warm.
My family owns and operates a small rabbitry. This litter was our biggest so far. So, anyone in the Billings, Montana area want one of these cute chocolate Dutch bunnies? If you are interested, you can go to www.verlannahill.com for more information on Dutch rabbits and our rabbitry. |

Many congratulations - it's truly a beautiful image. The blacks/whites look beautiful. Now if I can only follow in your footsteps (as in, a top 10) :P

Congratulations. I smelled a poster upon first voting on this wonderful image. If resolution is too low, you may want to consider selling selling a 5x7 print with a big border. Good luck. Those guy do multiply. lol |
