I love the way he linked other user profiles in the text. I have no idea what to write in my own profile, so here I sit, admiring other people. :-)
It would be fun to see other favorite profile pages (not your own)! |

well thank you, amy! you, too, can do cool things with your profile, once you figure out how to use the forum codes (i really wish they'd add the forum-code-buttons--it would make it SO much easier...)
here's the text of mine, just in case you're interesting in what it looks like 'under the hood'. i put a space after each '[' just so the code would show unformatted

I think DPC is a fantastic resource. [ url=//www.dpchallenge.com/profile.php?USER_ID=16301]T[/url]here is an incredible body of work to learn from and to try to [ url=//www.dpchallenge.com/profile.php?USER_ID=6999]e[/url]mulate. There is talent galour. There is a very sharing community. I just would caution people not to take it too personally or too [ url=//www.dpchallenge.com/profile.php?USER_ID=17203]s[/url]eriously when scoring/comments don't seem to be going their way. I also think that sometimes you can learn more not by submitting, but honestly and constructively critiquing...

| Skip, I just noticed something. With as talented as you are, I can't believe what's missing from your profile. :-( I seriously did a doubletake and refreshed the page a couple times to make sure. You are a legend and a mentor to many. :-) |

Thanks Skip! Sharing your code is a big help to those of us who are still getting used to the forum codes. Being able to look at yours for reference is a great leg-up!
And I have to agree with Telehubbie - we are all benefitting from your generosity and experience here. DPChallenge is lucky to have you.
