Let's see how good everyone is at predicting their future "Obsolete" score.
I'm guessing mine will pull a (growl) 5.5, because my dog licked the CF card with the good photo, and my kid uploaded the wrong one while I was away on a business trip. In no way will the up and coming 5.5 be in any shape or form attributable to my lack of photographic skills (or ideas).
But seriously, if I pull better than a 5.5, I will jump for joy (it ain't gonna happen).

I'm thinking the usual for me--about 4.3 or so...sad, I know. :(

I absolutely love my shot, which is a certain kiss of death... so I'm guessing 5.40 or so. ;)

mine will either pull a low six, or a mid 4 - that seems to be the way with my pics - and i never can tell haha.
Unless of course Slippy starts talkin smack - then my score will be whatever score will whoop his arse.

434 entries as of 11:10...
I was at a museum for 2 days...I would have hoped for more choices, but i went with one my wife liked the best.
We both liked this one a lot too. I went a more conventional way, and had 2 with people...figured i'd avoid the issue and skip 'em.
So I am hoping to beat my average - so pretty much anything over 5.0 is fine with me. I worked a bit on my title this time. That may help - yeah right.

I predict that I will stay far away from the computer I edit on so that I will not submit another mediocre image to waste everyone's time and enrgy. I only have to last another 45 minutes and you all will be safe for another week! :)

5 and I might pull it in the next half hour. 430+ entries is just way out of line, I think, and rather than let voters suffer through another shite shot, I might just save them the trouble.

I would say about an 8.4, or thier abouts. Yeah its that good. At any rate, see you guys in the rear view mirror.

Given that there is going to be close to 500 entries again (right now it is at ~450), I predict that I'm going to be average: 5.5
If there were less entries I would have hoped for 6+. I'm afraid that not everyone will vote on all images, and those that do will have an average of 5 seconds to make up their mind.-> it is decent, nothing spectacular or nothing wrong with it -> click on 5 and proceed.
I'll update my description right now with the prediction, and I'll look it up in a week from today.

Well.... I thought I had a good idea, I went out of my way to capture it, but I can't help thinking that the result has too much of a 'snapshot' quality. Don't expect to excel in this one!

My first entry! and it looks like a 4.2 :(
I think if I had some experience doing PP I would have faired much better because the shot was pretty good. |
