I am a brand new member and I have no idea how to check private messages. I cannot see a link for it.

| They are sent to your registered email address. The private message system allows you to receive messages without posting your email address to the world. |

The two that responded are...but wait until you make a mistake or, God forbid, accidentally violate a perceived "rule"...then see how fast they turn on you:)
I had to edit this because I though I spelled a word wrong and that would have really been the end of me...first I asked a question that I was not supposed to ask during a challenge (insert loud screaming noise here) and now a misspelled word.

| ...and I still missed a word...darn. And no, I am not disgruntled. Just a bit jaded, perhaps. I told countless people how unique this site was...uncommonly supportive with little negativity, bickering, whining, or homeowner's association-style rule enforcement. I have simply noticed an increase in pettiness and negativity and a decrease in supportive and constructive commentary. The community I thought I found, I did not and I am a little embarrased that those I brought to DPC have not had the experience that I spoke of. |
