remind me to make sure my family pics never end up in a flea market/garage sale/swap meet environment.

Dontcha know, somewhere, (if the story is true) someone is going to come across the shots and say, "OMG, that is great aunt edna!!"

Wish I could be there to see that

I love old photos, I can't say it enough! It's sad with digital that you do'nt get those old prints anymore...I was discussing with a girl the ohter day that she should take up filming weddings with those old black and white video cameras. Talk about nastalgia.

old shots like this just crack me up, but, yes, remind me to burn my old family photos rather than let them fall into the hands of those who mock them!

(i'd rather mock 'em myself!)

Having looked at many of them it seems the main photographer had a wooden leg or one shorter than the other - so many of the shots are dipping to the left:))

Maybe (as another poster suggested about the whole family) the photographer was always a bit "tipsy" and thus all his shots came out dipping to the left...

Yeah, that original poster was kidding and so am I.

Same here. Going into my mother's trunk with all of the old photos is wonderful! Remember the pictures where the whole thing was one hard piece? (boy am I old or what??) I will definitely have to check those out again when I go back home next Summer.
