| Normally when you put the arrow on an image you get a circle showing you the diameter of the brush. My buddy's however has a dot in the middle with four marks around it. I have tried to change the pointer config with no success. How do you get it to go back to showing the brush circle?? Hope I'm clear in what I am asking..... |

Check your caps lock key. Make sure it's off. ;)

You might check this:
EDIT -> PREFERENCES -> DISPLAY AND CURSORS
Check to be sure you're using the one you want in that dialog.

...or make sure your caps-lock key is off :)
