As recommended by SJCarter the best way to receive comments is to make comments! So, I have about an hour or so before I'm going to turn in and would like to comment on any photos posted here, keep in mind I am far from an expert. Hopefully some will return the favor!

In regards to Ivo's comment, I left one also. Here's an example of a sky shot I did.

Before

after

It can make quite a difference. The sky was one from another photo that had a rather bland foreground but the sky was amazing (moreso in color, but that wouldn't have worked with this shot due to the water) But it's fun to play around with this stuff just to see what you can come up with sometimes.

Wow..that really makes a difference, I would have never thought to try that before reading it here, now I have to go shoot me some sky photos...to bad it's dark now. :-)

if you guys want to practise on some sky with no detail, there is plenty in my portfolio to choose from :)
