Wow... I think I came away with more favorites from this challenge than any other! I picked up 23 favorites!
How many favorites did you pick from this challenge?

Also, just curious... what are some of your favorites?

I didn't pick a single one, and nobody picked mine, I was a bit dissapointed with the pictures in this challenge, there are so many pictures in members portfolios, some that have never been in a contest that are much more appealing then the pictures entered in this challenge.
it's like the members can take really beautiful pictures when they don't have to, but when the challenge "beautiful" comes, it seems that everybody forgets what's really beautiful ;) |

Really?
My main reason for favoriting (is that a verb now?) a photo is so that I can go back later and study it to find out why I like it. And the thing is, I thought there were a lot of very inspiring photos in this challenge!

none so far...i liked a bunch of them up to a 9, but didn't give out any 10's on this one.

I guess I never imagined that a photo had to be a "10" in the challenge in order to be a "favorite".
Although my 10s are pretty much always favorites, many of my favorites are only voted an 8 or a 9 within the challenge itself. It doesn't have to be a perfect photo or a perfectly aligned with the theme photo in order for me to consider it outstanding and worth remembering (or learning from).

Wow... I was *really* excited about the images in this challenge. For some reason they really struck a chord with me.
Reading these posts saying people didn't pick a single image as a favorite is almost depressing! Is that what everyone thinks? Did the images here not touch anyone else? Am I alone in having thoroughly enjoyed voting in this challenge?

I agree with you...but if you take a look at my 'favorites', I have very few. I only pick those that I think are truly my 'favorite' or if they have something very special about them that makes them worth study.
