Just heard on the news tht some people using these drugs have devloped blindness..... do I really need to say more? Just though this sturck me as funny.....

My secretary, our parenting skills teacher, and I laughed about this today until we cried... we decided we were just sick and perverted, but OMG was it funny!!!
btw...to the poor men who really do develop blindness as a result, we do NOT find that funny... just the thought of how one might have gotten that way. ;o)

The blindness myth actually traces its roots to medieval expert fisherman, those "master baiters" if you will.

| Damn, as a kid with a raging boner 24 hours a day you're told "you'll go blind!" Now the older guys are being told that when they can't get it up! Maybe this report came from a doctor who was told that growing up and is getting back at his father for all those years of blue balls. |

Now if any of the people taking these meds develop hair in their palms, we will be able to put all these mysteries and myths to rest once and for all. ;O)

| This thread amuses me greatly. I just finished reading an article in the New Yorker magazinewhich seems to describe some of the problems discussed here, including the blindness theory. For a (er) lengthy laugh, follow the link. |
