I was so torn this week and kinda wish I had used this photo

Well you know I love the cotton photo, but if it makes you feel any better the Bible Belt photo doesnt do all that much for me... probably would have been about a 7.

The cotton photo could have had some real possibilities. If you could have incorporated it into the sky to make it look like a cloud along with all the other white puffy clouds that would have been really neat.

I gave your tap photo a 6, and most likely would have rated this cotton photo about the same. It is cropped a bit too tightly for my tastes, but the colors are great... I just keep thinking it has so much more possibilities though then what it is now...

Shiizz, I really like the cotton shot. It could have been better with some of the suggestions above but it stands on it's own. It gives you a feeling of "cloud-like" softness of the cotton. The Bible Belt shot doesn't do much for me.

Terry, I like the first shot better, especially the rain pipes.

Here is an outtake of my own. I call it "Pleasantville" but wasn't sure I wanted my Corner to be associated with Garbage Cans. Please give your opinion. This has nothing to do with my submission which is doing pretty well.

Shiiizzzam: What they said - about both. The "Bible Belt" one really doesn't do much for me.

ClubJuggle:Really like the first one - would have rated it about 8.

DougPaz: Doesn't "knock me over", but I like the shot - has kind of a "good morning suburbia" feel to it, and makes me want a cup of coffee ! Would have rated it about 7. Did you desat. to get that look??

Shiiizzam, I pretty much agree with the other comments so far. I like the cotton shot a lot, but I think if it was shot straight up the sky would be a stronger element. Nice shot!

Terry, I like the second shot better but they're both good.

Any comments on this one? It's my second choice for this week. I didn't submit it because I didn't like the crop, and I had to crop it here because I ended up with a really bad flare from the morning sun.
