Anyone know the best way to keep 300D batteries properly conditioned to get the best performance and the longest life?

Seems I saw somewhere that you should periodically let your batteries fully drain before recharging to keep them working their best.

Thoughts?

from what i have read, the memory issue isnt as much of a factor with the new Li-Ion batteries. i will try to find the article that stated this but i read that it is healthy to drain it every once in a while but for the most part you can charge it whenever but not abusively
