Don't know if you've seen this PSP add-on tool.

It crops to aspect size. Looks decent, but I don't have PSP anymore to try it out.

Guys, works great. Not a true plug-in though.

You cannot open from in PSP, you need to go through the start menu. But does work very well.

PSP 8 has a crop to aspect type tool. So this won't be a problem for long.

There is already a tutorial on the site for the fotocrop utility...

My original post was 3 weeks ago. I didn't see the tutorial on the site then. My apologies if it was there.
