Went on a little expedition today. Went for a cycle, almost got stuck by lightning (long story...) but manage to take a fair few photos along the way! I realised that for a while I've only been taking photos for challenges, and not just for sake of going out & about. Did me the world of good i think.

Here are some Bluebell pics from Clyne Gardens:

Then went for bimble along the bay & ended up at the pier:

But by far my favourite shot of the day (though I'm not sure why i like it so much!) is:

Anyways, just thought I'd share, any comments/criticisms welcome! I did find i had a far bit of noise on a lot of shots, which is hard to get rid of, even with neatimage. Just makes me want a FAT DSLR even more!
Cheers
MARK

I love the mood of this one, how understated yet intense it is:

But most of all I love your language; a "bimble", ideed :-)

Robt.

First the thirst must exist to quench your artistic thirst. The cahallenges, while important, are only a medium to display your craft. In shooting what you like and for yourself helps realize the inner dream and makes you even sharper when you apply your talent to the challenges.

I like the cold feel of the sea under the gray sky in this one

but I would probably crop it differently (right now it is too "centered")
