My minimalism entry is doing badly so I need to move on...
Is anyone looking for a mood or emotion here? People only? Do animals have moods or emotions? Do locations?
what is a mood or emotion? Does tired or bored fit? I am assuming joy and sorrow work, but could be wrong...
any input greatly accepted...

Sure, people, animals, places, and settings can show moods. You can "set the mood" with a romantic dinner for example. Ambiance is important in some moods. There are lots of possibilities for this challenge. |

Looks like we are in the same boat. Minimalism is going baaaad.
I would say this is a very open challenge. Locations probably won't do as well as people. I would say animals and people. But then again I never do so good.

Heh, I have a collection of minimalist mood photos that would probably score in the 4's (if I was lucky!) in either challenge : )
So don't listen to me :D

An absolutely excellent resource of moods to try to capture is the children's book Today I Feel Silly (and other moods that make my day) by Jamie Lee Curtis (yes, the actress). I read it to my kids pretty often (it's a favorite) and it explains different moods that people have in a very concrete and easy-to-illustrate fashion. I plan to have fun with this one, and lighten the 'mood' I am in due to my abyssmal minimalism score. ;o)

And of course, there's the ever popular How-am-I-feeling today? mood magnet. |
