Using just your own challenge entries, which photo of yours best fits you. Meaning which one, if looked at by others, would have them thinking that's a ______ shot.
Mine would have to be:
It's the first shot I really took the time to get everything right. It also shows my interest in abstract type photography.

Probably a self-portrait... not too obvious :P

Any of my recent (and best performing) closeup shots, such as:
Egg Plant (I love a good pun...)
A Study in Fours
Feeling Helpless
Let Sleeping Dogs Lie
Dancing Boots
I am very detail oriented (which explains my success as a technical writer). Looking at this list however, doesn't define me per se. The subject matter is very diverse....

I'd have to say any shots of my bearded dragon - Grenadine ... I too love macro shots and to get the detail in her scales and colors - i love doing it :)
also I'd have to say concert photos ... you can see photos in my pbase of a band called Kabang ... they are always hamming it up for me and they use my photos for their promo stuff!

For myself...I would have to go with anything natural and outdoors. It recharges MY batteries, and doing that I feel in tune and ensnared (that a word?) within it. My challenges feature outdoors alot. Not from the challenges, but here...

I don't know that I've really done any particularly representative challenge entries - I'd like to think these pictures best define at least where I was photographically in my first year with a camera. It'll be interesting to see this year's selection... |

Hey Ayme, a friend of mine asked me to do the cd cover for his new cd. The title of the album is 'music is life'....any ideas what i could shoot? |

This was my second challenge entry. I think it fits my style and love for abstracts and color.

How about a take-off on "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli (see Adobe Illustrator box) using a bass drum instead of the big shell, and with other instruments scattered around.... |

I think my most representative challenge shot would probably be "solitude" for the emotion challenge: //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php/i/15239
I think my best, and most representative shots tend to be rather dark in content and style, so a few of my self portraits probably represent me best:

These two shots define where I would like my style to be. I'm not consistent enough yet, though 'Toasty' showed that I can sometimes surprise myself and get it right.

i haven't really participated in enough challenges to project a defining style here at DPC, but, this style of photo is what everyone close to me knows.
