I have an opportunity, as a Realtor, to try a billboard ad for a very low amount of cash. What do you think of this design?

Keep in mind that, by law, my broker's (Coldwell Banker) information must be as prominent as my own (phone number, name, etc.), and I must have the two small square logos that are above the top text. They are the Realtor and Equal Housing logos. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

I think it looks good considering if i remember correctly you had to put yourself in the picture you came a long way.

Yep...it's a studio shot of me against a property photo from one of my listings.

Tom, I'd like to have your property prices here! We love to get folks in from the Chicago area because they think they're buying a mansion for the same amount of money. Are you a broker or who are you associated with?

Very good job. You did a great job on the picture. I think you have it laid out very well and the color scheme is good. Just make sure they use a deep yellow on the billboard because sun will fade yellow [if facing the sun] quick and you want your name to stand out. Make sure the company you hire to do the billboard will guarantee no color fade or fix it if it does.

I didn't think of that, but I will ask them about it. The billboard will probably only be up for a little over a month or so. A friend of mine uses billboards to advertise her business and has had tremendous results from them. She is "donating" a board for me for a trial run and all I pay for is the printing and application - very cheap. So, I guess what I'm saying is that I probably won't be too demanding this time around! :)

Well, if it helps any, I'd certainly be inclined to buy MY house from you! :o)

Great billboard, and I wish you the best of luck with your sales because of it!!
